ProVeyra ("we", "us") provides small web-based tools for the business of building, including the Proposal / Submittal Builder. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use them.
When you upload PDFs, Word documents, Excel sheets, or images to a tool, they are processed to build your combined document and held only in a temporary working folder on our server for the length of your session.
ProVeyra currently requires no account, login, or sign-up to use any tool. If we introduce paid subscriptions in the future, this policy will be updated first to cover what account information (such as your email) we then collect and how it's used.
We don't use cookies. The Proposal / Submittal Builder stores one small preference in your browser's local storage — whether you've dismissed the "How it works" guide. This never leaves your device and isn't sent to us; you can clear it anytime via your browser's site settings.

We don't use any analytics or advertising trackers.
Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for a limited time, for security and abuse-prevention purposes — separate from anything ProVeyra itself stores.
Since we don't retain your files or personal data beyond an active session, there's typically nothing to request deletion of. If that changes (e.g. once accounts exist), you'll be able to request a copy of, or deletion of, your data at any time.
