ProVeyra provides web-based tools, including the Proposal / Submittal Builder, which combines files you upload into a single formatted document. Tools are provided "as is" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and you should always keep your own copy of anything important, since nothing is stored on our servers after your session ends.
You keep full ownership of everything you upload and everything a tool generates for you. We claim no rights over your content and only process it to perform the function you asked for.
Don't use ProVeyra to process content you don't have the right to use, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
ProVeyra is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss of documents, data, or business arising from your use of the service — this includes documents lost because a session expired or was closed, which is expected behavior, not a malfunction.
We may update these terms as the service evolves (for example, when subscriptions are introduced). Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ProVeyra shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.
